Genesis
A Divine Abduction
5:24  And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God took him. 
        “Enoch walked with God ” is a simple statement and seems to mean what it says.  “God took him” is more complicated.  It is the first of such incidences and shows that God does take on passengers from time to time. 

Exodus
Moses Entered The Vehicle
24:18  And Moses went into the midst of the cloud, and gat him up into the mount: and Moses was in the mount forty days and forty nights. 
            Moses goes up to the craft that is covering the mountain and enters it. Though not the only instance of men entering this craft, it is the first, thus, lending more credence to the physical aspects of the craft since it will accommodate humans.

2 Samuel
Yhovah Takes Samuel
22:17 He sent from above, he took me; he drew me out of many waters;  18  He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me. 19  They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the Lord was my stay.  20  He brought me forth also into a large place:, because he delighted in me.
           Yhovah rescued Samuel by taking him from the sky and delivered him back down in an open space away from his enemies.   See PSALMS 18:16  

2 Kings
Elijah Taken Up In A Spinning Object
2:1  And it came to pass, when the Lord would take up Elijah into heaven by a whirlwind, that Elijah went with Elisha from Gilgal.
            Elijah is taken up into the sky by a flying craft here described as spinning.  Though Moses was first to enter the craft, Elijah is taken into it as it flies. As first described in Num. 12:10the craft is revolving or spinning.  

Psalms 
Aerial Rescue Mission
18:16  He sent from above, he took me, he drew me out of many waters. 17  He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them which hated me: for they were too strong for me. 18  They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the Lord  was my stay.  19  He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.
            This is another case of Yhovah taking a man from one location to a point elsewhere via aerial transport.  See  2 Samuel 22:17 

Aerial Deliverance
57:3  He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.
            Elohiym will descend from the sky and free him.  Save = to free.     


Ezekiel 
Ezekiel Ascends
11:1 Moreover the spirit lifted me up, and brought me unto the east gate of the Lord’s house, which looketh eastward: and behold at the door of the gate five and twenty men; among whom I saw Jaazaniah the son of Azur, and Pelatiah the son of Benaiah, princes of the people.
            Ezekiel is lifted and transported.

Ezekiel Ascends
32:3  Thus saith the Lord God; I will therefore spread out my net over thee with a company of many people; and they shall bring thee up in my net.  4  Then will I leave thee upon the land, I will cast thee forth upon the open field, and will cause all the fowls of the heaven to remain upon thee, and I will fill the beasts of the whole earth with thee.
            Bring thee up = ascend. 

Spirit Carries Ezekiel
37:1  The hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD, and set me down in the midst of the valley which was full of bones,
             Ezekiel is being transported to a valley.  “Out” is added. 

Ezekiel Ascends
43:5  So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house.
            Ezekiel is lifted and transported.

Luke
Men Enter The Cloud 
9:34  While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud.  35  And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him. 36  And when the voice was past, Jesus was found alone. And they kept it close, and told no man in those days any of those things which they had seen.
           The probable cause for the change in Christ’s appearance is illumination from this vehicle.

Acts
Jesus Is Taken Up
1:2  Until the day in which he was taken up, after that he through the Holy Ghost had given commandments unto the apostles whom he had chosen.
            Jesus ascends into the sky.  

Jesus Is Taken Up Into A Cloud
1:9   And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 
            Jesus was taken up into the bottom of a cloud and they lost sight of him.

Jesus Was Taken Up
1:22  Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.
            This is a reference to the ascension of Jesus into the sky.  

Spirit Seizes And Transports Phillip
8:39  And when they were come up out of the water, the Spirit of the Lord caught away Philip, that the eunuch saw him no more: and he went on his way rejoicing.  40  But Philip was found at Azotus: and passing through he preached in all the cities, till he came to Caesarea.
            Phillip suddenly disappears only to reappear later.  He is said to have been seized by the spirit, but nothing more specific is said.  If this is not an unusual incident, he was beamed up into one of the vehicles. 

2 Corinthians
The Third Sky
12:2  I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven.
            Paul speaks of a man being seized and taken up into the third sky.

Ascend To Paradise  
12:4  How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.
            Paul speaks of a man being seized and taken up into the paradise.

1 Thessalonians
Meet Jesus In The Clouds In The Air
4:17  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
            People will be taken up into the clouds in the air.  

Revelation 
Witnesses Ascend Into The Sky
11:11   And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. 12  And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them.
             The two witnesses, after being resurrected, hear a great voice from the sky and ascend into the sky in a cloud.
