Yhovah turns a rod into a snake.

Yhovah turns the water in Egypt to blood. 
Exodus 7:20 And Moses and Aaron did so, as the Lord commanded; and he lifted up the rod, and smote the waters that were in the river, in the sight of Pharaoh, and in the sight of his servants; and all the waters that were in the river were turned to blood.

Removing Chariot Wheels
Yhovah removes the wheels from the Egyptian Chariots. 
Exodus 14:24 And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the Lord looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians, 25 And took off their chariot wheels, that they drave them heavily: so that the Egyptians said, Let us flee from the face of Israel; for the Lord fighteth for them against the Egyptians.

Dead Wood Blossoms and Fruits
A wooden staff sprouts blossoms and grows almonds overnight.
